We offer a complete portfolio in the after sales business. This includes consumables sale, multivendor warranty services or extensions for equipment in our service center as well as dedicated service projects.
For 15 years we provide such services in many European countries. With our experience and our network of local partner companies, we offer comprehensive logistic services.
Logistics and spare part management

We organize the return shipment to you
We arrange the pick-up and the return shipment within the EU
We keep a stock of spare units to speed up the swap in case of a defect (e. g. we ship a new unit in parallel to the shipment of the defective device towards our workshop). This reduces downtimes.
A defined number of swap devices is provided on-site. This ensures uninterrupted operations.
3rd level support
Repair services are part of the 3rd level support. This consists out of physical hardware repairs of IT equipment. Repairs are done for multi-vendor equipment, either in an IER service point or at customer premises. We are authorized service provider for IER and other well-known manufacturer. We established close repair logistics for such equipment repairs, which are not done directly by us ourselves.
Refurbishment services are part of our portfolio as well. This can consist out of cleaning or replacement of wear and tear parts. These services are part of dedicated projects or optional to any repair contract.
